My name is Sarah, I'm 18, and I'm a Ravenclaw. 

I love to talk about books and art, which is predominantly what my blog is about. 

But of course, I'm full of surprises.

If you're asking yourself, why "Copper and Paper"? 

Copper is the metal predominantly used in electrical wiring, the second best conductor of electricity losing only to silver, yet its more cost efficient than silver.

So whether its your phone charger or your handy dandy desktop or laptop.. It most likely has a lot of copper to conduct electricity and make it work.

Representing the digital age 

Yet just as much as we are reliant on technology, paper doesn't escape us. 

Paper is the basic thought outlet, technical or creative. Whether its a mind map, a novel, or a doodle.. Its usually on paper (though I highly encourage being conscious about your paper waste, we do need it).

So, paper is valuable. Some of the near and dear creations to me in this world are printed on paper (The Quran being paper-printed is enough for anyone to recognise that value). Nothing will replace the joy of holding a physical tome or drawing in a sketch book or a hand written letter or note. 

This represents books, art, and the creative outlet.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

اسمي سارة وعمري 18.

إذا ما كنت هنا ، تلقوني وين ما كان الشاي أو  في المكتبة بين الألوان والكتب. 

وأحس الجملة هذه توضح عن إيش مدونتي، صحيح بكتب عن الكتب والفن بس محا يقتصر على كذا

مدونتي إن شاء الله تصير مكان نتبادل فيه الأفكار ومحفز للاستكشاف الفكري، كلنا أذكياء وكلنا ممكن نفيد بعض. 

بس ليش "نحاس و ورق" ؟

النحاس هو عنصر موصل للكهرباء (فلز) وهو المعتمد عليه في أسلاك الكهرباء سواء كان في أسلاك الشاحن أو البيت أو حتى.. الكمبيوتر. 

فهذا الجزء من الاسم يرمز للعنصر التكنولوجي إلي نعيشه .

أما جزء الورق فمهما تطورنا أحسه مكان توثيق الأفكار المبدعة أو الخطط المفصلة والله يديم هالنعمة علينا كون الورق مورد يتسوى منه الكتب والسكتش بوك وحتى الورق العادي إلي عليه مسوداتنا وشخابيطنا (بس انتبهوا لاستهلاككم له ، الورق نعمة مستهين فيها البعض كونها دايم موجودة، بس الورق مو دايم للأبد وعشان ربي يبارك لنا فيه لازم ما نهمله بالاستهلاك إلي ما له داعي)

قيمة الورق عظيمة، ومجرد كون القرآن مطبوع عليه يزيد من قيمته. ما في شي أحلى من مسك كتاب وقرأته أو كتابة رسالة خطية أو الرسم على سكتش بوك. 

فالورق يرمز للفن والكتب ومنفذ الإبداع.
